We can help contextualise how a brand is performing in relation to competitors. We also conduct thousands of exit interviews every year for a range of retailers; with the largest single project we’ve managed comprising nearly 50,000 interviews across 500 stores.

Path to purchase research:

We’re able to create a roadmap that tells you what shoppers are purchasing, where they’re purchasing it, when they’re purchasing it and how they’re purchasing it. Our research can look at the decisions shoppers are making both in-store and online. Areas that may be explored include product placement, promotions, pricing, experience, influences, loyalty, and consumption patterns.
