We have years of experience conducting customer satisfaction and service surveys on behalf of clients.

Customer satisfaction research at DRG:

A variety of methodologies can be utilised including, telephone interviews (CATI), online research, depth interviews, focus groups with customers, and postal surveys.

We’ve conducted customer satisfaction work for retailers, utilities companies, and schools, and have also dealt with sensitive topics such as personal banking.
