Research methods: Postal Interviews

Postal surveys are a tried and tested way to reach large numbers of people at a relatively low cost.

When designing a postal questionnaire, we understand how important it is to get it right, right at the start. In order to pre-empt any difficulties the respondent may face, we imagine ourselves in their position, so we always create a questionnaire which is easy for the respondent to follow, but still provides the most accurate, considered responses. It’s the sort of basic requirement that takes years of experience, and we’re quite proud of our ability to get it right every time.

“I would particularly like to thank Public Knowledge for the work they did for us. They interpreted the brief beautifully which enabled us to get such valuable results back. They were always on time and very collaborative when it came to making amends to questionnaires. They presented the information back to us in a friendly and easy to understand way; Sophie had been involved in actually doing the research so was able to add additional value on the feedback sessions which was great to have. I would happily recommend Public Knowledge to anyone looking for market research.”
