The Cost of Living Crisis is having a huge impact on the UK, so here at DRG we have reached out to our panellists to better understand how the cost of living crisis is personally impacting them. Over the next month, with the help of Panelbase, we will be diving deeper into questions such as “What are the biggest concerns?” and “What changes are you having to make?” and “How spending habits are changing?”

First up is the Fuel Crisis, looking at how our panellists are coping with it and what they are doing to manage fuel price inflation.

At DRG we offer a number of services, for example:

  • Brand and Ad Tracking: Evaluate how your brand is perceived to be handling the cost-of-living crisis.
  • Shopper Research: Understand how the shopper mindset is changing. What are they doing differently today vs. last year? What are the trade-offs vs. the must haves in their shopping basket.

  • Market Segmentation: Who are your most targetable customers today? How do they behave? And most importantly how can they be reached?
  • Message Testing: Are you setting the right tone? Assess the impact of cost-of-living messaging with your customers.
