Eleanor joined DRG in January 2022 as Research Director, heading up the insight team. With over 20 years of market research experience under her belt, she has worked on global and domestic quantitative techniques, from brand health and product testing to campaign effectiveness and bespoke market understanding studies. Before joining DRG, she worked as an Associate Client Service Director for IPSOS and managed key accounts for a Global FMCG company.
Over the years, Eleanor has worked across consumer brands to the public sector; adaptability is the trait that makes her a fantastic all-round researcher. She has an excellent track record in identifying the most appropriate quantitative methodologies to meet business objectives and a “can do” attitude to ultimately deliver actionable business insights. She holds a BA Hons in Marketing and Communication. Eleanor loves to spend time with her family and going on long walks with the family’s two-year-old Labrador called Jonezy.
