Fiona co-founded DRG in 1997 after building extensive experience in marketing and research at advertising agency Robson Brown. Fiona is a firm believer that good research sells itself, and every year DRG has grown its client base by word-of-mouth recommendations. DRG also retains clients year after year, because it delivers genuine, actionable insight and data. Integral to that has been Fiona’s commitment to innovation, ensuring early investment in eye tracking, tablets, neuroscience, panel and mobile technology that has kept DRG at the forefront of market research. Fiona is also a board director of the Entrepreneurs Forum.
